Your first direction is <http://fetchmail.berlios.de/>, please update to
fetchmail 6.3.1.  fetchmail 6.2.0 is no longer supported and has severe
security bugs.

Then, after installing 6.3.1, carefully check the manual page (man
fetchmail), look for "qmail" and you'll find what you're looking for in
a table.

Note also that qmail is unmaintained and full of bugs,
<http://home.pages.de/~mandree/qmail-bugs.html>, so it's probably a good
idea to migrate to a software that is maintained, such as Postfix, Exim
or Courier.
