Ok so I moved the mda line completely but still same issue. It still
delivers the email, even if I have that person on my blacklist. This is
what I have now:

poll some.com proto pop3 nodns
user user@some.com with password pass is email@user.com here
fetchall forcecr

I dont know if this makes a difference but I am using vpopmail with qmail
along with SA via a mysql database. I mean it shouldnt matter right?
Because if I just pass it off to qmail it should treat it like a normal
email and go through the normal filtering process. But it doesnt appear to
do this right now.
