OK, alternate approach: have the rule move everything *except*
voicemail into a folder -- maybe named something like "arriving"
-- and have fetchmail poll there instead of the inbox. The same
approach is also reputed to enable use of the calendar in Outlook
or Ximian, while still handling mail sanely :)
