[fetchmail]cannot build under solaris 9

This is apparently a bug in 6.2.5, there's nothing to fill this INTLDEPS in.

Please try compiling with GNU make, it is more tolerant.

GNU make may be installed as gmake, check your PATH and if it isn't
installed, look through Sunfreeware or Blastwave.
