I'm not sure what you're saying here, but the answer is nearly
certainly no either way.

If you're asking if fetchmail can keep 2 identical mailboxes in sync
with the status of messages being read or unread, no.  It's not
designed for that.

If you're asking whether or not you can use fetchmail to clone a
mailbox, keeping the read/unread status the same, no.  It's not
designed for that either :)
