Hi Carl -
Although it has been a month or so since I last did it, I have had zero
problem retrieving my CCIL mail via the webmail interface while logged in to
Juno, which is part of United Online, the parent company of Netzero.
One thing to try (assuming that you are running a Windows based PC): minimize
the Netzero window (again, I'm assuming that Netzero has its own interface
program like Juno has), start Internet Explorer, and then type www.ccil.org or
webmail.ccil.org in the address bar and see where that gets you.
