[CCIL-user] Forbidden access to your own CCIL web pages

Question: has anyone who has created web pages on CCIL servers had problems
gaining access to their pages via web browser? I've changed the permissions
on my home directory and my public_html directories, but I still get the 403
FORBIDDEN error message that says I don't have permission to access
/~waldron/ on this server. 

Any ideas?
