[Ccil-user] What are we talking abour?

It would appear to me that we are barking up the wrong tree here.  I don't
think it's a question of what services CCIL provides, I think it is a
question of will they provide any services at all.  If we don't get help
form our users, there won't be a question about what services are provided,
there won't be any CCIL anymore.  What can you do to help CCIL to survive?
That is the question.
